Pricing is excellent. Our previous accessibility vendor changed their pricing structure which raised our costs by 10x. Onboarding was seamless. By far the best customer support I've seen for an accessibility company as well.
The inability for the automatic compliance website checker is a con.

As an individual highly attuned to movement and light, I personally find immense satisfaction in utilizing Userway whenever I navigate a supported website. Since integrating Userway, our site visitors engage with it daily, actively clicking and utilizing its features. It brings me joy to know that we've enhanced their overall experience with this exceptional tool.
I explored various options prior to reaching this decision. What I appreciate about Userway is the simplicity of their process. Their AI, particularly in image naming, exceeded my expectations, even identifying a look-alike for one of our team members! What stood out for me was the transparency and the ability to delve into the details. Unlike other software, Userway provides an immediate and comprehensive list of the fixes made, and it allows you to manually adjust anything and everything. In the inevitable event of the AI making a mistake, Userway empowers you to easily correct and customize as needed. Initially dreading a time-consuming task, I was pleasantly surprised that Userway efficiently handled the majority of the work for our website. Only a few hours of remediation and validation were required, marking a significant success. I needed assistance with the initial setup, and the support team went above and beyond. They were not only quick and helpful but consistently knowledgeable and resourceful!
Can't change the iframe description with Userway, so I couldn't make them accessible with the tool.

I love simple and powerful solutions. Once I discovered the UserWay I haven't looked any other way. I love that by just adding my website link in the search bar and pressing click, within a fragment of time, I am informed about the state of my website when it comes to the legal requirements. The Accessibility Widget it's an incredible, diverse tool, so easy to implement even when you're not tech-savvy and for me there is still so much to explore. Love it!
I have no complaints at the moment. I think the UserWay team is doing an incredible job so am happy to recommend the service/tools further.

I like that the product is easy to install and configure. I also seems to work across the mobile and desktop version pretty seamlessly. I had no issues getting it installed and configured for our website. I like how you can scan the website and get reports to the level of compliance you are meeting.
The only issue I really have is that I am uncertain how much the pro version actually fixes on my website. I can see the reports it generates but do not have a way to validate our ADA compliance, it says I am 97% compliant but have no way to tell if that is accurate or not.

UserWay was easy to install and working with the company has been a positive experience.
The variety of features on the widget, especially that the translation option. Our community has people from many countries so it is great the website can be translated into many languages. When needing help the 24/7 customer service is excellent both in availability and in expertise.
Not knowing exactly what UserWay is doing to my website to make it accessible - however this might be because I haven't really looked at the reports available. Not being able to indicate (via the widget) that translation is possible. People needing a different language don't think they need accessibility options so they don't think to click on the icon for accessibility.

Easy to install and understand what to do to have your website ADA compliant. And when I've needed support, the team at UserWay is always helpful and professional.
UserWay was the very first plugin that I used to allow my clients to have an ADA Compliance website in 2017, and they've only improved over the years. Plus helping you with the cost should any legal issues arise is very attractive.
Nothing. I use this widget to offer ADA Compliance to my customers as well as offering a paid option. I guess the only thing I'd say that's a con is the logo for UserWay is still displayed when I have the paid version.

I like it. Easy to use. I look forward to seeing new possibilities to add more websites under the same subscription.
It works nicely and is easy to set up and understand the different levels of accessibility on the reports.
Would be nice to have guidance on "how" to fix the issues found on the reports. Also, it should be more affordable for those with many websites. If we work with events and bilingual websites using different domains we should be able to use the same subscription.

Simple, we help business clients implement an option for their website to be more user friendly to those with physical disabilities.
ADA compliance, or at least awareness, is becoming more important so a widget like Userway's is nice to have and their customer service has been excellent.
Watering down the features of the free widget - getting rid of the screen reader- is an issue for me and an issue for quite a few of the businesses I work with for many reasons, price included. Though I value their service, and certainly value their right to make money as a business, I feel other options should be explored that getting rid of features.
We do appreciate your feedback. The Pro widget is much more than the screen reader and mainly for the AI-Powered remediations which are necessary for a proper widget screen reader user experience.

very simple system, just install it and forget about it.
It was extremely easy to integrate into our system. It installed super fast and required no outside development and provided us with full compliance. In addition, users who do not need the accessibility plugin can push it to the side, so it does not overlay the site content. It also supports Hebrew and English, which was a great relief.

This has overall been a great tool to have and offer our staff a piece of mind. The audit that comes in is fantastic in assisting us to locate documents that need our attention. Allows for peace of mind in regard to website compliance.
It is incredibly easy to deploy and takes little to no effort once it is implemented.
Negative reviews that claim this software is not compliant. Customer Service is also lacking - I feel as though when I do have questions or need assistance - which is very rare... that they always want to upgrade or charge more.

I've been using UserWay for many years, never had an issue that they were not able to respond to quickly and have recommended this to many other vendors providing similar services. Highly recommend this product.
Compatible with WordPress 100%, ease of use, and just works no challenges
I wish that the pricing was more competitive, or that they had so much business that they could lower their rates for a small operator. At present, I'm forced to go full service with a couple key clients, and then white label on most others. Clearly, if I could afford it, I would go full-blown services, across-the-board.

So far great! We have not had any issues since we started using it. It's very nice to know that Userway will automatically update as accessibility requirements change. I love that we can just set it up and let Userway do the rest of the work.
very easy to implement and helps protect our websites with compliance while providing the accessibility tools that some of our guests may need.
Initially I didn't know I could customize the colors or the locations, but support helped me modify things to match our branding.

I like it. It's affordable and seems effective so far after comparing to rivals tools.
It's far more affordable than software like Audio Eye and a comparable solution from Accessibee was also more. Using this and other ones in the real world, i notice no difference and if anything i find the userway tool easier to use and more effective.
It doesn't fix everything. you do have to go in and hard code permanent fixes, but the widget lets you know what to focus on as guidelines.
