Pros
Duda is a great platform which fits my clients’ needs and has awesome support, great features, webinars and a huge resource center.
Outstanding experience so far with several websites live for clients. Tech support is the best in the biz that Ive experienced anywhere.
I'm happy to be working with it. I find the customer support is great.
Cons
Some menu's appear slightly offscreen depending on where they are, this can be frustrating.
However, sometimes it is difficult to create very unique websites that stray far from the template, because the formatting is sometimes hard to work with.
Got to know duda from their promotional ads, tried and disliked it.

Duda is Getting Better and Better

Reviewed 5 years ago
Pros

We've been using Duda for several years starting with Mobile websites and now we are building full websites for clients with some small business needs that don't need huge sites. The full websites are easy to migrate from old platforms, and they are mobile responsive. We especially like the fast speed of delivering the site pages to a browser.

Cons

Some limited functionality, but we think that will improve over time. We also had some major problems migrating from domains that do not include the www prefix. We are told that Duda plans to fix this in late 2018 or early 2019.

Duda blows away the competition

Reviewed 5 years ago

Nothing, but good. A client turned them onto them in 2015. I have slowly been moving older clients over to this. 18 clients so far. :)

Pros

I like that it is intuitive and easy to use. I like all the bells and whistles and the lifetime purchase. The support staff totally ROCKS. I can get slick beautiful websites with a nice backend and a great support staff which is wonderful. The SSL is included in the price. I actually will not build a new website for a new client without them.

Cons

Wish I could have more items in the store for free.

The outlook was promising, but lately something is wrong

Reviewed a year ago

I personally managed the migration of most of the sites managed by my agency on Duda. At first it really seemed like a revolution. But over time, they have failed to keep up with the competition and their own ambitions. Today I find myself having almost completely abandoned the development of websites on Duda, moving on to more advanced and stable competing solutions.

Pros

the solution is easy to implement and use. Even those approaching web development for the first time can easily become familiar with the tools and the platform in general. A point in favor is the fact that it is a platform designed for agencies, so all the tools are designed with this in mind.

Cons

The web site editor has become heavier, slower and more unstable to use. A few years ago it was a good compromise between potential and ease of use, but over time it has been enriched with functionality at the expense of reliability. Now it presents itself as a slow and clumsy editor. Unexpected behaviors are extremely common. A medium / large site is practically unmanageable on Duda. Even the support that had been a point in favor has gradually become less effective in solving the continuing problems of the platform.

Best site builder for Agencies

Reviewed 5 years ago

We've built over 100 sites on the platform and it's been a very reliable tool. My main complaint is that the white label features are not powerful enough for me to offer their builder as a standalone tool for my clients.

Pros

I love the White Label features and how quickly I can launch sites with Duda

Cons

I wish that the per site cost would be much cheaper for reseller. It makes it hard to compete with our platforms that are essentially the same price when we still have to add our markups

The creative choice

Reviewed 5 years ago

The speed in which i can produce, edit and submit white labelled content to my clients is a game-changer. So impressed with Duda, its staff and its UI.

Pros

Merging from Adobe products, i have found, although sometimes glitchy, the overall performance of the software has assisted me in producing websites faster and with more features than previous.

Cons

It can be glitchy and there are some limitations within the 'plugins' such as store front and the blog.
