What is UX Sniff?
UXsniff is a web-based solution that helps organizations monitor customer behavior across websites and generate user activity reports in real-time. The user session playback module enables researchers to identify usability issues by recording and replaying user sessions.
UXsniff lets data analysts generate heatmaps to visually represent user clicks and tap behavior across multiple web pages. Stakeholders can generate weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or custom date range-based conversion tracking reports to gain insights into user sessions, click-through rates (CTR), average conversion rates, and unique clicks. The rage alerts functionality allows staff members to automatically detect and send notifications about abnormal customer activity and behavior. It also lets supervisors maintain a website version history by automatically detecting and archiving any changes made across web pages.
UXsniff provides a JavaScript based code snippet, which enables administrators to connect the platform to business websites. It also lets team members export data generated within the platform into multiple file formats, including Excel, CSV, and PDF.
