Cons

There are no delivery notes/packing slips. They tout a "workaround" but be warned, it's exactly 10 extra clicks so it's really not an option if you need this feature.

Our main complaint is that Xero stopped doing payroll in 2018, so now you have to pay an additional fee to a payroll processor such as Gusto.

Difficult to set up for the first time. Very limited when you have to export to Excel because all data is exported as text format.

This software is easy to use for small business owners.

Cons

The payroll feature lacks efficiency and ease of use. They are planning on getting rid of it an implementing other payroll systems.

Great for Small Business Accounting

We were able to easily record for expenses and raise invoices using mobile phones.

Pros

I could be able to integrate with acello software which we use for our project planning and client billing

Cons

The pricing was prohibitive/costly for us since we were a small business with remote teams and needed each person to account for their own expenses as separate users.
