The product’s key features include member profiling, check-in / check-outs, facility access control, prospect tracking, electronic payments, scheduling, email generation, and reporting.

Club Sentry offers three major modules that enable club management, these include billing module that allows customers to create a range of membership categories with recurring fee options, the module allows automated generation of invoices, auto debiting of fees, updating check-in status of the member. The scheduling module that maximizes trainer and instructor availability by assigning members to sessions and coordinating members and trainers availabilities between sessions and classes. The POS module that tracks retail sales and inventory to members & walk-ins, the module enables customers to buy a product now and pay later in their monthly billing cycles, it also allows tracking inventory and setting up re-ordering points to ensure the availability of popular items. Club Sentry also offers specific industry based bundled third party hardware kits that can be clubbed to its software for seamless data capture.
