Pros

The product is inexpensive than better known alternative companies but for a reason. They cannot deliver. Buyer beware.

Cons

This company offers poor integration with practice management software. They are unable to read an existing schedule and will send review requests to patients with unconfirmed appointments and to patients who didn't actually present for treatment. I asked to not have any review requests sent during the time that my office was closed for routine care and only providing emergency treatment. Doctible...

Online reviews are so important

Our experience has been great. They call and check in a couple times a year to make sure everything is going well. They have other products that we don't use because our in house software does them, but they still check to see if we want to try any of them. The few times we have had questions they have been quick to help us. I have already recommended them to several other practices.

Pros

Doctible is easy. Easy to set up, use and maintain. We already had a great reputation after being here for 40 years, but people don't always go and add their own review without being asked. Doctible worked with our software to ask our patients, via text or email, for feedback and to review our practice after their visit. People started leaving reviews and we now have over 1000 between google and Facebook....

Cons

Hmm. Hard to think of one. I wish it were free? Or less expensive? It is still well worth it.

Pretty good. The daily review used to require less clicks. An update changed it for the worst.

Pros

Helps generate reviews! The software is effective.

Cons

Price increases without notification. I went and reviewed and there had been multiple price hikes. We were going to cancel until the fixed our costs.

Amazing Product

In my personal experience Doctible is the best review platform out there. We left Doctible twice, not because we weren't happy, but because our management software offered us the ability to send patient reviews included in the cost of what we were paying. We thought financially it made sense to leave because of this; however, both times we were highly disappointed and came back to Doctible. Our practice is in a highly competitive market and it is important to maintain a visible online presence. With our previous company we received very few reviews during our time with them and upon switching back to Doctible we immediately began averaging between 4-7 Google reviews a week. We have learned our lesson not once, but twice and will not be leaving again!

Pros

Doctible is user friendly - not only for our business in sending reviews, but for our patients to receive them and go straight to the review platform to review us or leave feedback that comes directly back to us.

Cons

There is nothing that I would change in their review platform.

Best Review Generator Program we have used thus far!

The best take away from using Doctible was the amount of reviews generated and posted directly to Google not through a third party. Doctible made it easy for our patients to leave a review and then Doctible posted the review to Google so our patients didn't have to!

Pros

For us the amount of reviews posted to Google after we started Doctible was amazing! Doctible definetely bumped us up on the Google listing as well. Also the price was very conservative compared to other companies providing the same services or close to the same services.

Cons

I wish Doctible could do talk to text and also integtrate your new patients forms to automatically populate in the software system we use for our Dental office.

Amazing. I am a constant advocate for their services to other dental offices, I encourage them to reach out anytime with new updates and I give my honest opinion. Pros

They are continually innovating the product and innovating at the correct speed as to not compromise on ease of use with the user - and simplicity of communication techniques with the patients. Very impressed with their progression over the years - the competitive price and the amazing customer service. I have offered many times to work there :)

Cons

Nothing is wrong with software - but next time a rep calls me, make sure to research my previous conversations and overall happiness with my experience with Doctible. You don't have to be "salesy" with us - we are 100% Doctible loyal.

Affordable Option for A-La-Carte Reputation Management

We have been happy overall with the service provided. It is a cheap option for us and even gives some functionality that is not available from other services.

Pros

My 2 favorite features are the automated responses, and the cheap a-la-carte option.

Good value, great for texting patients

Good. Customer support can be hard to get on the phone, but the chat feature is great.

Pros

We love being able to text our patients. Many times they'll answer a text when they won't answer a phone call

Cons

Appointment reminders can be customized by appointment type, but only if you choose from our pre-loaded list of appointment types. If you free-type an appointment type for an odd situation, Doctible loses that customization and won't do the specific reminders you had set up.

We love Doctible!

Not every patient we see will leave a review, but Doctible has made it easy and convenient for our patients to do so.

Pros

The price is much cheaper for the service than with other providers. The dashboard is easy to use and sending a review to a patient is quick and easy. We like how all the reviews can be accessed directly from the dashboard and that we can customize what type of review request to send.

Cons

I wish it integrated with our practice management software (TDO), but it's specifically for endodontic offices and not many companies integrate with them yet. However, since the dashboard is so easy to use, it's not a huge deal for us.

Do Not Sign their contract!!

Their two page contract allows them to NOT BE liable for any errors of their part, but yet they will not allow you to exit the contract early. If you sign a one year contract, it automatically renews, and then you can't get out of it without sending in writing, 30 days before contract expires, your cancellation. Now we are stuck with Doctible until July 2024! Not fair when they didn't hold up to their agreement to provide a service to our office. READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU SIGN WITH THEM, but I don't think anyone should do business with cheaters, liars, and contracts that you can't get out of.

Pros

Price was more reasonable than Revenuewell and Lighthouse 360

Cons

They hold no responsibility for their errors in syncing with our Eaglesoft system. Patients are confirming appointments and then it doesn't indicate on our schedule. They claim to have corrected this issue several times, but it keeps happening. Patients get aggravated that we call them to remind them of their appointments when they have already confirmed through Doctible, but Doctible didn't change on our schedules.

Doctible is like having a highly efficient silent staff member. Doctible connects our clinic with our patients on a daily basis. If communication is the key, you want to use Doctible. Professional representatives and a powerhouse of useful communication tools are all included at a great price.

Pros

Doctible support staff is excellent. I don’t have my tech merit badge yet and the representatives at Doctible are great to work with. It is truly a user friendly platform as well.

Cons

Small practice utilization

Very pleased and continue to subscribe.

Pros

Our practice relies heavily on word of mouth referrals. Limited marketing budget inhibited tenable option to expand our patient base through online resources. Doctible offers a low barrier-to-entry entry option; utilizing patient feedback to generate interest and awareness. We've seen a massive uptick in Google reviews since adoption.

Cons

Very few, but noticeable changes to the online interface make for some minor inconveniences.

Explosive Review Growth

Pros

Doctible has allowed our google reviews to increase dramatically compared to pre-doctible. This all done at a very reasonable monthly cost. I think it's been well worth it and brought value to our office.

Cons

Integration with Dentrix Ascend was kind of touch and go in the beginning. However, it seems like everything has been ironed out now so it's been working flawlessly.

I never had a bad experience with Doctible. Customer service was always helpful and the software did what it was supposed to do.

Pros

We love our Doctible website, it looks nice, is user friendly and the price is fair.

Cons

We were happy with all the software until Nexhealth called and enticed us with their ability to copy digital forms to Dentrix. This feature saves our office a lot of time and was the reason we went with them for forms, reminders and campaigns.

Great way to keep up with client reviews

We send out review requests for new patients and other services to continue to build our business relationships and solve any potential problems.

Pros

Like to be able to intervene on poor reviews and correct issues before they get posted. It is also great to follow up with people and have our review management all in one place.

Cons

Seems expensive for that we are doing. We also wish it was interpreted directly with our software for easier use.

Doctible is FABULOUS!

Experience with Doctible has been wonderful. Customer service was prompt in answering any questions that may have occurred. During our Covid-19 shut-down, they did not charge the very low monthly fee.

Pros

Getting reviews for our office has never been easier. Doctible sends a request for our patients who have had appointments, to write a review and then Doctible posts those reviews on Google. We have never gotten so many reviews on Google until we enlisted Doctible.

Cons

Can not think of anything I disliked about the software
