Empathic is packed with thoughtfully designed features. The client portal can automate new client intakes, securely message clients, assign e-documents, and support online scheduling. The ePrescribing platform uses DrFirst, a leader in the medication management space, to support prescribing clinicians. The profession-specific clinical notes only show what is needed to see; there is even a special template for adolescent clients.
Empathic also offers full-service billing and claim management for an additional fee. The billing specialist contacts payers to resolve issues, send patient and client statements, file secondary claims, and more.
