Flobot is a cloud-based & mobile field service management (FSM) platform designed to help businesses manage field employees and contractors across projects. Supervisors can schedule appointments, send jobs to field teams via emails or text messages, inform customers about engineers' arrivals, and track asset movements on a centralized application.
Key features of Flobot include appointment scheduling, estimating, invoicing, customer management, and navigation. Field employees can utilize the platform to navigate from one job to another using built-in maps, send en route texts to clients with an ETA or current location, and collect signatures as confirmation of services. Users can also create job sheets to document work done and follow-ups, and attach before & after photos, notes or third-party certifications.
Flobot comes with a built-in customer relationship management (CRM) system as well as a client portal for businesses to manage orders, payments, account history, and custom thank you emails. It facilitates integration with several third-party applications such as Xero, Sage 50, Sage Cloud, Zoho, PostMark, MailChimp, Quickbooks, WhatsApp, and more.
