GoServicePro's parts management module includes shipping & tracking of service parts and inventory locations. The field portal of the solution allows the integration of managers, field service technicians, and partners through a centralized web-based interface. The product also offers a customer portal that enables case creation & updating case status, as well as generating customized reports for employees & customers.

GoServicePro offers API integration with third-party applications such as QuickBooks and Google Maps for optimization of workflows. The product offers a basic, professional, and enterprise pricing plan on a monthly subscription basis, which are differentiated by the number of modules included in the package.
