We started from the other direction: with the specific operational, clinical, and ethical needs of mental health practice, and built everything around that.
We also know that price, for many providers, can be a barrier to entry or switching platforms. So we give you full EHR access at no cost from day one — no time limits, no feature restrictions, no pressure to upgrade before you are ready. Premium capabilities are available on demand through usage-based pricing. You add what you need when you need it, without being locked into bundled packages or paying for features you don't use. If you are switching from a legacy or investor-owned platform, our migration team is here to move your workflows and data across without disrupting ongoing care or overburdening your staff. And whenever you need us, our support team is available around the clock in English and Spanish.
We built MediSprout to operate as one unified system. Your intake, onboarding, scheduling, documentation, automated billing and claims processing, and patient communication are all connected and work together across the full care lifecycle. You move through a single continuous workflow without switching between platforms, reconciling data across disconnected tools, or managing integration points that create problems at the worst possible moments. Our provider and patient mobile apps are part of the same connected system, designed specifically for the mental health care relationship rather than adapted from general medical software.
We support both insurance and private pay billing models within the same platform, so you don't need a separate billing service or a third-party clearinghouse to manage your revenue. Claims are submitted, tracked, and followed up on inside MediSprout alongside everything else. Scheduling, documentation, and administrative workflows are automated throughout, reducing the hours you spend each week on tasks that aren't direct patient care — without adding staff or expanding overhead.
We are independently owned and operated with no investor mandates, no data monetization, and no incentives misaligned with your interests or your patients'. Your data is used solely to support care and deliver value to your practice — never sold, never monetized. That independence is structural, not rhetorical, and it is what allows us to remain fully accountable to the clinicians who use MediSprout rather than to outside stakeholders with different priorities.
