What is RLDatix?
By providing users with the tools to create, review, edit and approve policies within a cloud-based service, PolicyManager allows organizations to manage and access their policies anytime and anywhere.
Built with workflow processes in mind, PolicyManager allows users to access old and new policies and facilitates the creation, editing and approval of new policies from end to end. From the dashboard pages, users can see new and updated policies from the last 30 days, as well as attestation and document access statistics. Statistics and alerts are colour coded and presented in graph form for ease of understanding. Utilizing the iAttest feature, users can access attestations and receive alerts when attestations are required - an essential tool for the Risk and Compliance department to ensure the receipt and understanding of new or updated policies. With PolicyManager, staff can access previous versions of policies from the archive utilizing the one-click search function whenever needed (for example during audit visits).
In order to enhance workflow collaboration, PolicyManager allows updates and notifications to be shared between members. Integration with Microsoft Word and Dropbox means that staff can collaborate on editing policies and share them easily within the cloud space for remote access.
