This product is great if you are looking for a quality product that has the "complete package. Talk to other users of the product to get a good feel for how gMed has streamlined their practice.
I am forced to use ProVation at the hospital I work at, and I hate it.
Our workflow is now completely digitalized and highly efficient; it also presents countless opportunities to improve patient care. Support is great; I love their GBUS for online training.
Many obvious flaws are ignored. Many unnecessary steps are for a simple process.
This is the most GI-specific EHR out there and it does a great job integrating the endoscopy workflow, scheduling, and outpatient workflow. Good document management, faxing integration, usually fast.
Those separate and distinct sections have to be searched for clinical information. To avoid this problem, I often "dual document.
The ease of use is most likable about this software.

User friendly, easy to use, reports are fantastic. Robust software which takes care of pretty much all the needs of a medical institution.
They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. If you are thinking about using their software, DO NOT.
We have a lot more to achieve and create in course of our journey to be the best renal care provider , the strength that stand out are.
The worst company I have dealt with in my 20 year career.
Anyway some modules, features like ICD cording, Inpatient and available report builders are really good. Also can be satisfied with speed of the system.
Poor built in flow between different section of software.
HMS is very good, Its security and logic is good. Overall it is excellent.

The customer support is outstanding. I've never had a bad experience calling in for help.
This may seem a little dishonest to our Customers that they may have been charged an additional $0.72.
Overall it has saved roughly 40% - 50% of our processing fees. Of our transactions are debit cards which do not qualify for this program.
Customer Service has been horrific. We've had representatives give us conflicting information, getting hold of an actual person in customer service can be challenging as well.
Not only does this save us about 10 minutes, but it eliminates the card security concerns they might have when providing card numbers to one of us.
Does not inform customer what is to be charged to card holder with the percentage, just amount prior to fee.
Very easy to set up as well as very easy to inform our customers and staff of this new program.
Finally, I fear you're overcharging some of our Customers as, for example, we run a transaction for $189, and the Customer receives the fee of $7.54 bringing the new total to $196.54.
My favorite aspect of PayRoc is that clients go online and process their own payments.
She responds quickly and is extremely thorough. I'd would highly recommend her and Payroc's services.

Additionally, we like that our unit will require the Customer to accept this additional fee by clicking "yes" for acceptance prior to the completion of the sale.

The team at AccuMed are extremely responsive, very helpful and answer your concerns immediately. I have used many systems but AccuMed is the best one.
It is always, ALWAYS crashing, glitching, etc. I have to call at least 5x per month. Customer service makes me dread calling them for anything.
AccuMed is a wonderful EMR system. It is easy to learn, easy to use.
Reports can be difficult to obtain. Not always advised ahead of time of program updates.
Questions and requests are answered by Accumed's skilled tech staff in prompt, comprehensive and courteous fashion.
Sometimes difficult to place face right for device to take temperature.
Support is knowledgeable and easy to work with. Software is reliably kept up to date with all the state changes and requirements.
I like that it is almost 100% customization for your organization.

Our main issue we have solved with BFlow is reporting. Since we switched, we can now forecast and have excellent visibility into our operations.
Since 2016 Bflow was unable to solve why all transmissions with authorization #'s failed to transmit to NY Medicaid. Bflow is unable to solve errors in secondary crossovers.
We switched from QS1 to bflow. I feel like the team at bflow listens to my needs and delivers real solutions to help me run my business.
Customer service is well below par and in our case Bflow stopped listening about costly errors.
We needed to have an easy to use system for billing purposes. Bflow gave us that solution at a great price.
Medicare will receive a claim without the CMN attached, so I get a denial from medicare. Then resend again and it goes through - waste of time.
To be completely honest I enjoy working with this company and anytime I call or email the to get right back to me with an answer.
Costumer service is really bad. Too many changes to the software without a notice.
I am glad I followed my gut and decided to use bflow solutions.
So I resubmit the claim with NO changes and it will go through. Another major waste of my time.
I would change my billing software to a more reliable service but I honestly can't afford one. I really do like the simplicity though.

So I resubmit the claim with NO changes and it will go through. Another major waste of my time.
I would change my billing software to a more reliable service but I honestly can't afford one. I really do like the simplicity though.
I have more "system rejects" than what medicare can ever dream of. Bflow will deny a claim for no reason (most of the time).
Did is the key word here. It had great customer service, now I can't even get an email returned.
Excellent customer service. Cons: Customization took a little longer than I wanted but they worked hard to get us where we wanted to be.
