Love the fact that we can see each other diaries and make appointments for each other. It's lovely to be able to have my diary with me all the time on my phone.
Note writing is absolutely unusable on mobile, which makes the software very little use to me as a clinician. Appointment scheduling is difficult on desktop and very difficult on mobile.
The team at TM3 were so helpful to me at the start when installed the system in my business. The support has been and continues to be excellent.
Some parts are rather 'clunky' particularly the 'search' section which can be frustrating. Setting up documents also need looking at.
There are some great features, from reminders to the ability to send forms, to setting up and billing for classes.
Too many “work arounds”, for the cost of the product you would expect it to work not have to “work around” the problem.
TM3 is great, as it can be used both on our desktop computer and my personal laptop, so it is easy to gain a quick oversight of my clinic no matter where I am.
Full calendar does not stay pinned even after pinning in place. Appointment notes currently collapsed and only showing current report rather than showing all treatment reports when you go to a case.
The decision to move to TM3 was a good one - the team are a pleasure to work with and nothing is too hard for them to investigate/ discuss. Use of the system is logical, which helped with compliance.

I like the ease of use of the dashboard and the easy access to videos on You Tube. The customer service is always friendly and helpful.
They are not clearinghouse so you have 2 or 3 channels places everything is going and they all blame it on the other part.
The tutorials are comprehensive and helpful. The staff have been more than helpful and caring with questions about our set-up.
The customer support and set up of EOB/ERA enrollment is terrible.
I am a counselor in private practice and cannot recommend Therabill highly enough. I had not previously done electronic billing and am thrilled to discover how easy it is with Therabill.
Setup is a nightmare and customer service is terrible.
Therabill is a great product that has proven to save me time. The customer support is also excellent.
When there are problems they seem to shrug it off rather than fixing it. We have had multiple issues which are costing my business money and they do not seem to be taking our concerns seriously.
I LOVE the ease of Therabill and the excellent support I receive if I ever have a question or issue. Which is very infrequent due to the detailed FAQ section.
Complicated setup involves many different web services that apparently don’t communicate with rah other. Lack of immediate feedback for questions.
Therabill is an attractive program that is easy to use and has saved me a lot of time and money. Well worth the monthly fee.
If you make manual entry errors it can take several steps with customer service guidance to get things cleaned up.
Customer support is great. I have never had such great customer support.

It's a very good product because it user friendly and it eliminates me having tonshuffle paperwork because now all my documents are documented and uploaded in the program.
I think there are difficulties specifically with our company's needs since we have such a large clientele. Sometimes the system lags and is slow.
The eTherapydocs team is extremely responsive and very helpful whenever I have a question. The product itself is geared for ease of use for therapists.
Having to use so many drop down boxes for inputting data for a student. Sometimes difficult moving around if you're not familiar with certain tabs.
The customer service has been very helpful and they were responsive to suggestions.
The most difficult aspect of the software for my position is that I am a service coordinator and I have to manipulate the regular therapy notes to fit my job duties.
I think it's an excellent tool. I like that at the end of the school year I had access to all of my therapy documents that I could download and print for easy use.
I don't like the need for Wifi to use the software.
I do like that the therapist has the ability to print copies of progress notes to give to clients.
Working with children, many parents like to track their progress and it helps them to be consistent with goals at home.

The yearly price of $264 is a big improvement on my previous client portal and makes more sense for what I am receiving and my use. It is also more affordable for a sole practitioner like myself.
It ended up being very difficult to happen on some fronts which meant I lost some information and had to spend a lot of time working out how to transfer all the patient notes.
I've been very pleased with my decision to switch to splose. The team is incredibly responsive and the actual product suits my needs better than any other I have tried (which is several).
Once a clinical note has been entered it seems there is no way of modifying it or entering any additional information.
Everything had worked seamlessly for me and I appreciate the ease in which my clients can fill in documents and provide theirs just using their phones.
I don’t like how we have to pay extra for the two way sms.
Great product and customer service - the Splose administrators are always willing to help when you send them a message and are responsive to feedback.
There are some repetitive actions during set up of services and practitioners however this is understandable during setup.
Migration of data from old system when easy and smooth, customer support is excellent and very customer focused. Overall we have had a great experience with Splose compared to previous software.
The Splose team are responsive to requests and continue to develop the product in response to feedback. I like the custom notes I can make and the body charts are excellent as well.
Splose runs very smoothly with ease of access and takes care of all your needs as a practitioner - it’s like your own personal receptionist.
I love that this is a local product, I feel good about supporting my peers.

Overall I have loved using Practice since day one. The community is wonderful, the support have been extremely efficient responding to queries, and the platform itself is exactly what I need.
Most of the features I was missing, namely e-signature and email templates, are being included in their new pro tier of membership.
I am loving my experience of Practice, the software itself is great but the customer onboarding, ease of use, responsiveness of their team is exceptional.
For me some of the CRM elements need additional tweaking but I know this is on the roadmap for the future - so no there is nothing I don't like.
I wanted a CRM that was easy to use for both myself and for my clients. But what I love with this software is that the team are constantly working to make it better for the user experience.
It's boring, but it's not the sort of program that needs lots of bells and whistles. Maybe a few more colours and images.
There customer service and interactions are great. Not only do you get fantastic and time saving solutions, but you join an active community with some real value in the "fireside" chats.

Overall I have loved using Practice since day one. The community is wonderful, the support have been extremely efficient responding to queries, and the platform itself is exactly what I need.
Most of the features I was missing, namely e-signature and email templates, are being included in their new pro tier of membership.
I am loving my experience of Practice, the software itself is great but the customer onboarding, ease of use, responsiveness of their team is exceptional.
For me some of the CRM elements need additional tweaking but I know this is on the roadmap for the future - so no there is nothing I don't like.
I wanted a CRM that was easy to use for both myself and for my clients. But what I love with this software is that the team are constantly working to make it better for the user experience.
It's boring, but it's not the sort of program that needs lots of bells and whistles. Maybe a few more colours and images.
There customer service and interactions are great. Not only do you get fantastic and time saving solutions, but you join an active community with some real value in the "fireside" chats.
The only thing that is missing right now is payment plans, although there is a simple workaround for this and I know this feature is coming very soon.

My experience with Hellonote had been wonderful. The customer service staff is the best.
Sometimes it can be glitchy with saving information and losing information between sessions.
Signing up with HelloNote was the best decision I have made. What I love about the team at HelloNote is they do not treat you like a number, but they treat you like a colleague.
At times, the server moves a little slowly, which can be frustrating when you’re ready to be Done working for the day.
Our overall experience has been amazing, from inception to current. New therapists that join our team always praise the system.
To my knowledge, there is no current way to attach a document/attachment download directly into a specific note rather than saving to the general document download area.
My experience has been excellence. Any issue that I’ve had has been resolved quickly.
It is very minor what I don't like about the system.

We found value and benefit and highly recommend a CER to anyone that wants to help ensure they can pass an audit. Documentation from a compliance standpoint can help reduce payment denials.

OptimisPT is truly physical therapy-focused, and I am so happy to have software for our PT practice that is. It keeps very up-to-date with changing PT requirements and trends.

The built in schedule, documentation, billing, make sense. The built in appointment reminders for patients is nice feature.
While it is not the cheapest for front end PT staff costs, it saves you on the back end during patient accounting and electronic insurance handling. If you do Medicare, then it is a winner.
The billing component is very easy to finalize our claims. The program will let the billing specialist know if the therapist hasn't billed enough units or if the therapist is billing too many units.
