Staff members can build up complex bookings with multiple room types, with differing start and end dates all within the same reservation record. Organizations can manage group bookings, with the ability to store different card details for each room and invoice each room within the same reservation independently. Highlight different group bookings on the calendar with a color indicator.

Corporate bookings can assign specific prices to different levels of partners, and even invoice accommodation separately from any food items due to be paid by the guest. Create and schedule custom email and SMS templates to be sent out to guests based on trigger events like booking creation or check-in, or at specific times like 5 hours before arrival.

Caterbook does the heavy lifting to save you time and increase profitability, with dynamic pricing rules, batch creation, printing and emailing the day's departure invoices, reporting out bedding and towels required for housekeeping staff as well as highlighting zip/link bedding changeovers. It provides an express check-in and collects the names and contact information of all guests ahead of arrival and facilitates accepting terms and conditions online, without relying on traditional paper forms. Online payment links can be emailed ahead of departure, and posting food & drink to the room for settlement on checkout further reduces staff/guest interactions.
