ReservationKey is a reservation and booking management solution for vacation rental businesses, bed and breakfasts, hotels, and other rental property businesses. The cloud-based platform offers tools for managing bookings, calendars, availability, payments, channels, and more from one central platform. The online reservation system serves the hotel and lodging industry by allowing users to manage their bookings, track the availability of rooms on any given date, process payments via credit card, and integrate with third party channels such as Airbnb, Booking,com, Expedia, HomeAway, and more to facilitate and synchronize bookings.

Businesses can use ReservationKey to create a custom, mobile friendly booking system in order to facilitate self service bookings by customers. The booking engine can be adapted to fit business needs by editing the theme and number of pages on the site. The ReservationKey backend allows employees to view room availability, move reservations using the drag and drop interface, check reservation details, and manage waiting lists or gift cards. Payments can be processed online using a selection of providers including PayPal, Authorize.net, and more, and users are able to control prices of deposits or any other additional payments.
