The user experience with ADP solutions is far better than our previous PEO provider, a large competitor to ADP. Through TotalSource/Workforce now, you can easily see your employment profile, benefits, retirement, employer sponsored programs, ongoing education, and many other useful planning and professional development tools.
Upon first sign-up, the different ADP product portals are a little confusing between TotalScource, Workforce Now, MyKPlan, RUN, MyADP, etc. Sometimes the e-mails weren't clear or the links were incorrect and you were trying to create an account or login to the wrong portal.

It is so user friendly! You can navigate easily through the different sections.
Nothing, I love the ADP portal. Also the customer service ADP provides is excellent!

ADP also allows employees to request time off, and employers to approve or decline. Highly recommend for small and large companies.
The designers of ADP knew what they were doing when they created it! ADP has everything an employer needs in a payroll company. Clocking in and out is SUPER simple and creates no hassle! As an employer you are able to do full employee evaluations, as well as allow them to self evaluate! You can also assign employees to review each other which is a great option. The best feature of ADP is that employees has access to their employee profile allowing them to see their pay rate, date of hire, view and print out pay stubs, etc which is easier than having to go through an HR department.
I have nothing negative to say about ADP.

ADP contractually agrees to many things and then does not do them, from processing payroll and employees do not get paid, to promising short-term disability is available when it is not, to not reporting wages to the state and causing the employer to be out of compliance with a statutory filing. I cannot say enough bad things about this sorry company. If you are considering ADP as your PEO, PLEASE RUN TO ANOTHER PEO.
There is nothing I like about ADP. Nothing.
Poorly designed, old legacy system that ADP wrongly believes can serve as an on-line platform.

ADP is good once you get used to it. Several years ago when we switched from in-house to ADP I admit that I was not immediately pleased, because things worked before. However, after being with ADP and seeing how organized it is, I can recommend it.
There is nothing negative to say about ADP Total Source.

ADP TotalSource helps us with Payroll and Benefits Administration.
I like the ease of use. The screens, tabs and lists are easy to navigate and understand.
It can be a little difficult for employees to navigate at first. There are multiple steps.

Easy to navigate and find information. Layout is good. Love that just about everything can be done online with little help from Totalsource team.
It's not even the software, the only issue is for initial log on, ADP has many user sites. It would be easier if ADP didn't have so many log ins.

ADP TotalSource is a great software to view and manage your paychecks! It’s great that is also connects from previous companies that use ADP Total Source and also shows your W-2s
It would be nice to log in work hours in the same software but a lot of companies have their own timesheets they use that aren’t included in the ADP TotalSource

Overall I am happy with ADP totalsource and would recommend it.
ADP totalsource is very easy to use for users and admins alike but is expensive compared to other products in the market. It is a comprehensive employee database with easy to access information.
The reporting is very extensive but not always easy to use and can become bogged down with too much information. We pay for our health insurance directly through totalsource and there is no easy way to pull a single report that shows total payroll + benefits cost for the whole company by employee. There are individual employee PDF reports that show total compensation but these are not very helpful for analysis.

ADP is another way to see your paychecks as well as your benefits through your employer. Also if you need to reach out to HR, you can do so through ADP. System seems pretty fast

I have adp do my payroll. Employees also use the app.
How easy it was to use. I especially like the app. You can view your pay stubs right on the app. Setting payroll every week is a breeze and customer service is amazing.
Make sure the employer has everything set up for your account or else you can not access anything.

ADP Totalsource is great. I have always found their customer service to be very helpful. I like the convenience of being able to log on anytimw anywhere to keep track of all my important payroll and benefits information.
I like using ADP Totalsource to keep track of my paychecks and staying updated on my benefita package. It is nice to have all that information organized.
The ADP AP can be kind of slow when logging in from my phone.

I like the features of ADP, and the ease of access between administrators and users. Also, with a lot of products like this, username/password recovery is hard, and ADP makes it very easy which I like.
It's not the easiest to navigate as a user. For example, to manage PTO you have to click on a calendar, which is a bit confusing. There's lots of blank space on your homepage, and I wish the layout was redesigned to be a bit more user friendly.

Ease of use. This is one of the best software groups for doing HR/Payroll requirements for a small business. Any questions my employees have I can get it quickly through the site.
This is a great site. I cant think of any cons. I am glad we chose this site.

As an employee, ADP provides me with all of the resources I need to make informed decisions about my benefits and pay. Its not very slick, but it gets the job done.
The functionality of ADP TotalSource runs deep. It links out to my retirement accounts, enables me to enroll in benefits, and tracks my pay. It really pulls a lot of complex, critical components of HR together.
HR isn't sexy and neither is ADP TotalSource. It looks old and is hard to navigate.

I had a pretty good experience with WorkforceNow. I do remember customer service taking longer than we'd like. I'd sometimes be on hold for a LONG period of time, which takes time out of my day where I could be doing other things.
From a newbie with payroll, the trainings were very helpful in learning the system. It definitely helped with running payroll better.
There were some features that would have been helpful that ADP TotalSource had (filters, deductions, tracking of benefit anniversaries are some that come to mind.)

Makes managing a team's leave requirements easy, I particularly like the improvements the leave accrual gives over the previous ADP TotalSource product. Leave accruals now kept very accurately and the future date projections are valuable.
It can be difficult to key in split leave requests (Where there is a public holiday in the middle). It certainly would be better if it automatically excluded the public holidays.

WorkforceNow helped us bring all our ERP and HR functions into a system that made it easy for our HR administrator to keep track of payroll, employee records, and compliance and employees to keep track of their compensation, PTO, and retirement account.
ADP has two products -- TotalSource and WorkforceNow. This made the on-boarding process a little confusing for some of our employees because they did not know which site they needed to use to log into their accounts. Add MyKPlan for retirement and the average user was calling HR and the IT help desk.

ADP hires highly competent professionals making working with ADP exceptional.
It has everything a HR solo practitioner needs. I oversee 9 locations and we will be migrating all locations to ADP.
None. We migrated to the system in June for a new store and it has been a great experience. It offers everything in one place such as HR, Payroll and Benefits Management.

We use ADP for all HR functions. We removed SuccessFactors from our environment in favor of ADP. ADP was the most suitable for us.
ADP is very reliable. There is downtime but it is very low. They release features steadily and they typically work well.
ADP's customer support is terrible. It takes at least 2-3 calls before issues are resolved. For their cloud data management feature, it took us several calls before a knowledgeable person was available to us to answer questions.

Good experience but takes time to be comfortable with the system, once you do it is very useful.
ADP Workforce Now enables employees to see paychecks from previous employers who were also ADP users. On the employer side, ADP stores documents, talents and and licenses.
ADP does not train employers on upcoming updates. Updates sometimes create more steps for the user. The format is clean and friendly user, becoming very modern. ADP, should however announce big updates on the layout.

We have been with ADP for over 15 years, and I have found in leaving ADP for a couple of years just how dependable and easy to work with ADP is. Needless to say we went back to ADP.
The ease in the processing aspect.
I wish I could put something on the paychecks without having to contact support.
