What is AkkenCloud?

AkkenCloud is an on-demand staffing software which helps staffing agencies of all sizes with the recruitment and management of applicants, as well as the management of all core office needs. The solution comes with built-in applicant tracking system (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) functionality with a database that can be quickly searched to find specific candidates instantly. Marketing features allow agencies to convert visitors on their website and engage prospects with ease. Task and document management features ensure that agencies stay productive during their day to day operations.

AkkenCloud comes with an accounting system that allows agencies to customize billing to their client's specialized requirements, manage commissions at different levels, and implement in-house payroll in multiple ways. Built-in human resource management tracks employee information such as roles, banking information, compensation, and benefits. Portal access allows customers and employees to access information and manage a variety of tasks and information themselves. The recruiters use Akken on a daily basis to help manage candidates and open positions. It is user friendly with a great customer support team! I find the notes section on candidates profiles and job orders to be extremely helpful. Best ATS I have used thus far!

Pros
This software did offer some features that were useful to our business. It was enough to get us by as we first started our business.

Cons
This was not an easy product to use. It made some features harder than what they should have been. It easily became a messy program.
