Our commitment

Independent research methodology

Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.

Verified user reviews

GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.

Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.

Pros

“I wish it was easier to transfer a candidate to a different role or postion that isnt mine, in the case that someone is a better fit for a role I am not hiring for.”

Andi W.

Manager

“Implementation of Breezy software in our organisation has enabled us to manage all candidates and resumes from one place.”

lombardiga B.

Electrical Engineer

“The platform simplifies the hiring process, keeps everything organized, and makes collaboration easy across the team.”

Samantha Q.

HR Manager

Pros

“Their outreach automation allows recruiters to bypass standard professional boundaries, resulting in constant, unsolicited pestering on personal phone numbers and emails.”

Jimmy T.

Director

“The technical side and integrations with phone and email worked well, and adjustments could be made easily according to my needs.”

Thais C.

Founder Recruitment Director and Career Coach

“Loxo has completely transformed the way our team manages the recruiting process, and I can’t imagine going back to juggling multiple platforms.”

Jason C.

Recruiter

Cons

In August 2025, Breezy contacted us, saying our “renewal was past due” and threatened to interrupt service unless we signed a new contract at a higher price. When I asked why the invoice and the contract were different, Breezy acknowledged that their contracts and invoices “don’t sync” and that the billing system had auto-generated the lower invoice.

Mary H.

VP of HR

“Central that they would not honor the invoice we had already paid and required us to sign the new contract and pay the additional amount.”

Mary H.

VP of HR

“Lack of ability to customize job postings using HTML.”

Mary H.

VP of HR

Cons

“As a recipient, I have been bombarded with automated SMS and email sequences that feel like high-volume spam.”

Jimmy T.

Director

“If the candidate does not have contact info, the platforms AI will try to scrape for it and it’s usually incorrect or outdated.”

Jason C.

Recruiter

“The AI was not very good, Loxo source was often outdated and didn't replace LinkedIn recruiter, and the deal board setup made it hard to effectively manage your BD pipeline.”
