Teams can organize tickets, tasks, approvals, documentation and communication without separating service desk and inventory processes into disconnected tools.
The system is suitable for small IT teams, growing organizations, outsourcing companies, managed service providers and enterprise environments. Subscription plans scale with the number of main user accounts and include capacity for inventory/configuration items, knowledge base articles, file storage, communication limits and performance/API capacity.
Plans start at $15 per month when billed annually.
