ETZ is a software solution for recuirment agencies that automates the back office workflow to make sure more time is spent on clients, than on paperwork. ETZ can generate an invoice from a timesheet submission and create a seamless process for a new hire to begin their career while getting paid on time. ETZ is integrated with accounting systems such as Xero and Quickbooks, which enables calculated invoices to be emailed directly to the client along with copies of signed timesheets.
ETZ's real time reporting and management Information feature provides an analytical view of any businesses' billing and payment records to assess areas where funds can be allocated or reduced. In addition, overtime hours can be tracked and approved all in one platform to provide quick payments that save time for both parties involved. ETZ also provides an expenses feature where clients can add expenses alongside timesheets to save time and ensure payments are not delayed due to multiple documents being received at different times.
