Employee reviews are generally of very good quality, provide complementary views and give a good picture of the organization. All SaaS, easy to use, fast, immediate results.

I love being given a glimpse into the company with the employee reviews and have actually left some reviews of my own. It helps when you are trying to decide if you want to apply or accept an offer.

There are times where not all companies have enough information and the reviews on some are very old and can be misleading.

The review feature is a brilliant concept. I love being able to see what a company offers (benefits, work life balance, culture) before I invest time applying to the company.

They won't do anything in regards to bad reviews no matter what they say, no matter if it makes sense or doesn't.

Glassdoor tends to send you more positions rather than less than one would expect either by key word or age of job description. I don't find this a negative overall.

Great for checking out reviews- this is an advantage over indeed. Yes they have reviews too, but somehow in HR it has become a standard to check glassdoor reviews.

Glassdoor is good and I am satisfied with it, but I do hope that issue with jobs which are sent to me via email, will be addressed in near future, as that one of the very important features of every job search.

Best way to review companies and current job openings

Its good. However, when you are looking for a job, you cant miss galssdoor as its one of the reputed websites to find your new career with.

Not only does it allow me to read reviews from current and former employees, but also provides a concise yet comprehensive overview of the company in question. This website has a very user-friendly interface to make navigation easier for me.
