Key features of Homerun include team notes, visual hiring pipeline, HTML email signatures, event scheduler, bulk actions, star-based reviewing, roles and permissions, and image gallery. With email templates, HR managers can send rejection and invitation emails to candidates. Automated confirmations enable organizations to keep candidates in the loop.
Homerun allows employers to add their own assignments, add custom wallpaper or background to forms, and post new jobs across social media platforms. The application also enables HR teams to add talent to the platform from LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Dribble, and Behance.
