My Work Scheduler is a web-based scheduling solution designed for small businesses in the customer service industry, performing services such as construction, installations, home care, towing, and more.

My Work Scheduler allows users to create, manage, and edit work schedules through a drag-and-drop calendar interface with daily, weekly, and monthly schedule views. Jobs can be scheduled by clicking on an empty time slot in the calendar, and dragged-and-dropped to reschedule for another date or time. Workers are notified by email or SMS of any changes made to their daily schedule, and schedules can be reassigned to other workers or all pending jobs moved to an alternative day in case of vacation, emergencies, appointments, or other unexpected events.

Emails can be sent to staff and customers from within My Work Scheduler, and click-to-call buttons and links enable users to contact customers or staff without leaving the application. Marketing campaigns can be created by administrators and owners to send out email to customers or workers, with the option to copy and resend previous campaigns, search for and report on past campaigns. The dashboard provides shortcut buttons to major features, and presents users with a status bar chart and percentage gauges showing the pending, completed, cancelled, and total work schedules for the year to date.

It is very user friendly and it is fast for me to find previous things that we have done and it is faster to do a schedule once a customer is in the app.It helps us revise schedule faster and to see what we have done for a customer in the past. our techs use it so we can see what they did and what they used - I can input a customer and everyone else can see it also less paperwork to deal with

We now view our customers electronically. Our installers record their arrival and leave times and the materials used for their installs and service calls. Our office uses this info to invoice accordingly. The software has saved us on paper, ink and printer use. All employees have found the software very easy to use. Whenever we had any question we promptly responded to by phone, text or email. The employees can view their work load the night before from their smart phone. We also can search details on previous customers when required. We can email our customer notifying them specials, new products, ect.
