NeeyamoWorks ServiceDesk uses smart bots to automatically answer common queries via chat or email, or within the platform itself. Tickets can also be raised using call recording and IVR (interactive voice response) technology. Businesses are able to set up and manage custom FAQs within the NeeyamoWorks ServiceDesk platform in order to facilitate self-service issue resolution. Tickets can be assigned out and prioritized automatically based on pre-defined parameters such as query type, employee experience, subject, and more.
