What I most liked about OnTheClock was the ability of our technicians to have the ability to log in and out of a job.

The interface is clean and simple, making it easy for employees to clock in/out and for managers to review hours without training.

The issue that may arise is if you provide company devices or not, because employees can deny sharing data from personal devices.

I use it on a daily it has been the easiest system for my timesheets, not to mention makes it easy on my employers to submit payroll.

For example, there have been times when it wouldn’t let me log in unless I selected my position, but the drop-down menu didn’t show any position options.

Sometimes it takes a little longer time to load after that first screen pops up when I’m signing in, but most of the time it’s not too long.

It’s functional, but not as polished or modern as newer competitors, which can make navigation feel clunkier than it needs to be.
