What is Organimi?
Organimi is a cloud-based org chart tool used to create, maintain and share organizational charts, contact lists, and photo boards. Along with chart creation, Organimi helps organizations plan for the future, mobilize sales, and improve internal communication, and more. Users can easily create custom fields (number, text, URL, link or a tag) and apply them to members. Only users can decide which fields should be displayed publicly or which should remain private. They can also import custom field data in bulk as extra columns in an Excel or CSV file. The smart chart legend feature helps users reduce chart clutter and remove curb appeal.
Users have the option to share charts privately by just adding an email address, and decide whether recipients can view or edit charts. Users can also embed the organization chart directly into their company’s intranet by using a small piece of iFrame code. With Organimi, users have full control over the chart’s layout by creating an unlimited number of 'views.' Users can change the font size and color, photo positions and shape, and hide or display fields.
