There are still certain things that don't work quite well such as contracts not being sent when packages are gifted, pricing options being unavailable due to its limitation to stripe and lack of flexibility when it comes to reporting - downloading data/reports.

Mainly when adding my own clients in when I'm on the phone with them I am unable to choose the package on their behalf without it being a gift so need them to do it themselves to be able to add the payment plan they want (unless there is a way around it?)

Calendar notifications for meetings I didn't accept, notifications that meetings I have accepted were cancelled (when they weren't), calendar being disconnected without letting me know (so people can't schedule), paid appointments generating duplicate payments (we had to issue refunds via Stripe), or paid appointments not going through.

I would like to like this software.   But customer service needs to step it up.  

It's super simple interface made it easy to create programs and services, automations, etc.
