Managers can view employee availability in real-time, monitor seasonal or yearly staffing trends, compare scheduled and reported hours, and receive automated alerts about overtime or covered shifts. Using its geofencing capabilities, employees can clock-in from remote locations, letting managers determine and verify staff presence across locations.
