Talentera is a cloud-based recruitment and applicant tracking solution designed to simplify the process of sourcing, hiring, and managing talent. The system is suitable for businesses of all sizes, and also provides solutions for government, educational institutions, and job boards.

Talentera provides users with a custom branded career site to promote vacancies and accept online applications. Jobs can also be published to a number of integrated job board networks, and external recruitment agencies can be invited to refer candidates for vacancies. Existing recruitment processes can be used to define hiring stages, and and users can configure statuses to match their own terminology. More than 30 search filters are built into Talentera, allowing recruiters to filter CVs by location, work experience, job title, and more, as well as searching for specific keywords. Users can also specify candidate requirements to automatically filter out applicants who don’t meet these criteria, and applicants can be scored based on their answers to screening questionnaires or tests.

Users can schedule interviews in Talentera, by adding interview details, selecting timeslots, specifying candidates, and then sending out personalized invites. When interview times are confirmed by candidates, users receive meeting requests which sync to their personal calendars, and include the candidate’s CV and any attached notes. Once vacancies are filled, users can view hiring analytics, including the return on investment (ROI) of each source of CVs, time to hire, recruitment funnel velocity, process bottlenecks, and more.

Talentera always responds on time with real clarifications of the issues. They even have an embedded live chat in the app 3) Customizable designs: we needed something that could match our guidelines and they managed to make a custom design for Yallamotor 4) Easy to use when you get a hang of it and pretty much all the sourcing.
