To facilitate the collection of feedback from a variety of sources, TalentGuard 360 Degree Feedback allows users to invite an unlimited number of participants, both internal and external, to provide feedback on each employee. Invitations are sent to participants to request their feedback and features are available to give businesses the flexibility to create a customized and straightforward reviewer experience. Features such as a homepage with profile editing options, automatic questionnaire webpage sequence, custom links, visual indications of rating scales and reverse questions, and mandatory question indicators help guide participants through the review process.

When creating questionnaires, businesses can set up an unlimited number of rating scales including numerical scales, behaviorally anchored rating scales (BARS), and Likert scales, or users can create their own custom defined scales. Workflows can be managed within TalentGuard 360 Degree Feedback to select raters for review, set up content approvals, import participants, automate email reminders, generate regular summary and benchmark reports, and more.
