Supervisors can track one-time or recurring assignments, add multiple names, addresses, or statuses to each volunteer profile and search for specific individuals using a name, zip code, phone number, and more. It also provides risk management tools, enabling businesses to conduct background verifications or reference checks before scheduling interviews with eligible candidates.

VSys One facilitates integration with several third-party human resource management, employee health, timeclock, and other applications such as Workday, Sterling Volunteers, Kronos, and more. Other features include certifications, customizable reporting, data encryption, volunteer scheduling, mail merging, and archiving.
