What is Workful?
Workful is an online human resources (HR) management solution that helps small businesses with payroll processing, tax filing, employee onboarding, time tracking, and more. With Workful, users can automatically synchronize payrolls with employee timesheets, reimbursement requests, and paid time off (PTO).
Workful’s key features include expense tracking, document management, internal communications, multiple pay rates, custom policies, W-2 & 1099 filing, and more. The self-service portal enables employees to clock-in and out from any device via a mobile application. Plus, it comes with a centralized report library that contains employee contact information, mileage reimbursements, paychecks, timesheets, among others.
Businesses can use Workful to automatically calculate their payroll taxes, file forms such as the annual W-2 wage and tax statements, and receive reminders for due payments. Workful integrates with Intuit QuickBooks, which allows users to manage the accounting operations for internal as well as external stakeholders.
