Managers can use Worky to manage time off and employees are able to make time off requests for vacations, sick days, and more within the system. The platform provides insight into absences, hours worked, overtime, and more so that managers can track their team members. Worky has an in-built employee directory, which includes information about each individual's department, role, contact details, and more and includes documents such as contracts and paychecks. Other features of Worky include 360 degree feedback for employee evaluations, payroll receipt distribution, team calendars for birthdays and anniversaries, an integrated org chart, and more.
