Easy to connect my device with the programm

I think the activity minutes are not so good. For example polar watch and garmin activity monitors are not equal. My polar watch does not show any activity minutes unless I do high intense trainings. Others are getting activity minutes bc their pulse are higher. I did not get a point why it is like this.

Easy use, Implemented for companies, Can store big data

The data, that is coming from other apps like iHealth or Samsung Heath is not always uploaded easily, also there is no functionality of connecting a smart band directly to the app without the data to be presented in another health app first.

I like how it's build - with ease of use in mind! It is easy to use and everything you would want to monitor is right there!

Only thing that I feel missing is an availability to communicate to the people who are part of the challenge - to motivate them during the period of our activity and to give fresh information.

YuMuuv offered us everything we were searching for. It was very easy to integrate. They had every manual we needed to get started. What's best is that they keep getting better and surprise with lots of improvements that help their customers get maximum of the product.

Yumuuv covers everything for us and they improve the product consistently so there have not been a situation where I feel I am missing something.

It is easy to use and track. In Our company it is very popular and we have serious competition going on. Usually 20-25 people are participating every month (out of 40)

Lots of pros in YuMuuv, Easy integration with "Google Fit" in my case and it was very engaging to be able to see our progress in relative to our own personal goal and the team member (incase of organisation) progress. The percentage of completion towards monthly goal and the average steps of a country for a organisation were all cool.

Would have been better if we were able to set a daily target in the application and be notified of the same on completion or to keep motivating to achieving the same.

I like that it engaged all of my team. We had a "move it challenge" where we tracked our daily steps and the one with the highest amount of steps each week got a gift voucher.

The only thing I can think of are that sometimes the app would close right after opening it or whilst loading the data from my google fit/apple health apps.

I think, would be nice to add comparing positions with another team-member after search by name. Like - search “John doe” and compare with his position

This product was very easy to roll out. Challenges are easy to create once you understand the parameters, which can be complicated to learn and explain to employees.

Every month becomes about steps, because it's the only automatically tracked option that doesn't alienate those without fitness bands. However, steps data can be manually input on every platform that Yumuuv syncs data from. Yumuuv allows admins to disable manual entry directly in the Yumuuv app, but not manual entries made in Apple Health, Google Fit, etc. DESPITE the fact that those entries are recorded differently within those apps, and thus Yumuuv should be able to filter them out. This can lead to poor sportsmanship for which admins have no recourse. Customer service was not helpful.

Understanding Display took time a bit time at the beginning; sometimes I have to re-new integration to get data to yumuuv.

I love the goal setting option - together with my colleagues we count steps and look after ourselves. It also gives nice little push in competition to those who want to and it is also working for a bigger goal as a team. It is so easy to use. It works with every type of phone and always gets the data from all watches. Good product.

Thank you, Katre for your review. Pleased to hear about the good user experience and ease of use. In terms of integrations: we would love to integrate with all major devices. However, Samsung no longer offers an open API that we can integrate with. We will add this integration as soon as Samsung opens up their API. Currently, there is an easy alternative of installing the Google Fit app to Samsung Watch.

Easy to set up and accessible in price. Integrates with most tracking devices.The challenges available matched what our company was looking forCustomer service was very prompt whenever we had questions.

Not all integrations worked smoothly directly with the main app. We had to use an intermediary app 'like the health app' to connect with the main tracking device, which would forward the details to the Yumuuv app

The intra-company leaderboard of YuMuuv is it's killer feature. You naturally check in on your and your collegues progress while competing in a friendly sports competition.Integration with various fitness trackers and fitness tracking apps, as well as low stakes of competition discourages cheating.Finally, the diverse monthly goals keep competitions, even after a year of using the platform.

Integration with Google Fit is sometimes quite slow and you see your statistics only after a few hours has passed. Moreover, some other integrations just don't seem to work or are missing (e.g.: Samsung Health).

I loved the ease of the application. The tracking of progress, goal settings, and activity board encouraged me to keep up with the competition, in an engaging, healthy way. It encouraged comradery and excitement among the employees, which was very pleasing to see.

my profile page itself did not offer a lot of engagement, so I did not put much time or effort into that piece. There are some devices that the app did not offer connectivity with. The manual entry button was a great option for those who needed it, but without proper auditing of entries, some people thought it could be used to cheat.

This app is extremely easy to use, and I think that's what got so many employees to sign up for the step challenge we did.

I have a Samsung watch, which then uses the Samsung Health app. Since YuMuuv doesn't have Samsung Health as an option for integrations, I had to download Google Fit in addition to another app that syncs those two together in order to get the information into YuMuuv.

Much obliged for your feedback. We are overjoyed that so many employees signed up and found the app easy to use. We feel what you are saying when it comes to the Samsung Integration. However, currently Samsung has closed its ecosystem to new direct integrations. As soon as they open up - we will work on adding that as a direct integration. Currently, we suggest an indirect alternative method that you mentioned, which works reliably.

Great to motivate the team. Really easy to sync it with all sorts of data sources (FitBit, Apple Watch, Google Fit, etc.) meaning everyone had some way of easily joining (or really, no excuse not to join).

The interface isn't that great. It is fairly functional and a bit dated looking, but technically it does what it needs to do. It would be nice if it synced quicker the steps people had taken. The "progress" tracker towards the goal is static and only updates once a day as just a simple line--again, the app feels like it is from about 2013 for its interface rather than being any slick, behavioural economics driven app that I would have expectedAlso, I'm never quite sure if it is accurately crediting all my

YuMuuv is a very nice way to change your habits. Habit does matter to everyone who are going to achieve any individual or team goals.

The accuracy of reading data from apps was less actual. For example, we're having a walking/ foot step competition. Unfortunately, any movement recorded on the apps (driving, cycling, riding) were being accumulated on YuMuuv. So, we're doubt to the result of the competition.
