This is used in my company and I must say that it fulfills all complex needs of a big organization like payroll, recruitment, expenses, leaves etc. It also very effectively manages HR appraisals.
Pathetic software and worst implementation team.
What I like best about this product is along with applicant tracking, the hiring manager can share feedback in real time.
Arrogant people unethical people bad management.
Still many things are in pipeline but a base has been provided. Also, it is helping to fulfill all complex needs.
Else, there were challenges too in terms of recurring errors and find the root cause for them.
Performance Module - PMS is the most important aspect of HR processes. This module have a very clear guidance ,Insights & easy to use.
Even though we are digitized but we have to provide every single detail to be highlighted to get it upload from back end. No such analytics on real time basis available.
Good software with more to add and support to customers.
The best thing about Alt Recruit is that it can be integrated with job portals and even social platforms as well.
Great software that performs its tasks very well.
Its all one click away, the approval processes are also fast and visible to you as a teammate.
Alt recruit has enabled us to perform every task with ease right from job creation to onboarding of the employee.
Aesthetic design, quick reports access, faster navigation, social platform integration, strong compliance control. Secured on-cloud, mobile operability for workforce.

I really like the ability to schedule help sessions on anything and get to work one on one with someone to fix issues. This makes for an overall good experience.
Poorly written software, terrible tech support.
POSS gives us an overview of the schedule, who requested off, who is out sick, and what assignments they are on. Very easy to use and deploy thanks to a great support team.
There is no way to change this. Typically after enough agencies complain, they will incorporate the change, however an option like this should be included from the start.
The amount of time it saves managing schedules, running reports and ability to make changes with ease.
During the introduction phase, it was hard to get used to. Especially, since we had moved from a more archaic way of doing things for years.
Additionally, being able to capture detail categories that increase cost by pay period, quarter or annually has been the greatest bonus.
If they don't select a shift within the time frame, they are skipped. There is no way to turn this off.
VCS POSS (Police Officer Scheduling System) has been great for RPD. Overtime reporting for budget projections and expenses is a primary use.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the product as well as the customer service that we receive.

They will NOT give you supervisor information when there's a problem. They are completely TERRIBLE.
The software is very user friendly and has a nice layout. It's easy to see your weekly hours as well and make changes.
I have had to chase tech people down repeatedly who promise to call back but never do. This has made me look bad to my client, and has caused her a tremendous amount of frustration.
Customer support gets back to you quickly. Up time and reliability of any cloud based system is always a concern and Stratustime's is great.
I dislike how comp time is transferred. It seems to be confusing for clients.
Easy to add new employees and manage staff. Ability to customize reports and save customization for future use.
I really don't like that when you hover over the clock in/clock out buttons they get larger, it makes it very confusing and sometimes I click the wrong thing.
StratusTime is perfect for companies of all sizes.
Starts to struggle with varying pay systems. Post-implementation customer service is a little laissez-faire.
Ease of use (as long as you don't need to make changes). I liked my original sales rep in the beginning.
There is no integration between PAYCHEX FLEX people(payroll program) and STRATUSTIME. They told us beginning of last year but it still did not put together yet.
I like that my drivers and warehouse employees can clock in from either the computer or cell phone with GPS Geotagging.
Clocking in and clocking out is very easy. The administrator will set up the account and the user has easy way of viewing hours worked, earned time off, prior time sheets and reports.
This software makes punching in and requesting PTO time easy for our employees.
