DocketManager is a cloud-based order management solution that assists printing shops with managing orders, sales, and customers. Key features include accounting, workflow management, inventory tracking, purchase order creation, campaign management, payment processing, and reporting.
The DocketManager platform enables administrators to collect contact information from prospects, schedule sales calls, and manage communications with customers. It comes with an activity dashboard which enables managers to visualize orders by day, week, or month, accounts receivable over a preset period, daily task lists, and statuses of orders and quotes. Marketing teams can design campaigns and generate or export data for mailing lists.
DocketManager enables supervisors to assign tasks to team members, add due dates and instructions, and create recurring tasks. It lets customers place orders online and customize, proof, approve, and process payments for their orders from any location. Finance teams can create invoices or statements, keep track of past accounts, monitor sales, calculate commissions, and generate revenue reports.
