So far in our use of ezyVet, we are delighted to not deal with crashing servers anymore. The navigation is very easy and if a process does't well for you, there are ways to change.

I submitted a ticket in September that has not been addressed and I have received no updates on it. Even when I have called to follow up, no updates are available.

The customer service  All Stars are a joy to work with and very quickly address any questions I have.

There are no support charges and I believe the monthly costs are fair and competitive. The company has a genuine, honest and personal ethos.

Then they do not complete their portion of any work but if there is a delay it is all on the user. Once you finish implementation, you are on your own to just figure it out.

Regarding the reminder cards, this is something that many ezyVet users like yourself have requested, and we have already started working on an integration for postcards.   

The tech support is great, the software is pretty user friendly. Being able to access it from home is a huge plus.

Ezyvet is the way of the future

Nightmare!! Implentars struggle with their own software, which left us hanging on many occasions while they tried to figure something out. I tried to have an automatic report delivered and ended up with over 8000 emails of the same report <--- That is not an exaggeration. EzyVet support had to disable the report totally because they too, couldn't stop their own software from reporting it. Then they had no answer as to why, or what happened.  Once the 3 days of "Off-Site" implementation were done, (implementation was done via Zoom) we really were left to our own accord. Inventory has been the most enormous mess. The "Help" tab is useless! It's a word salad game! EzyVet has a communication breakdown with our in-house lab equipment. Something that we knew would have a learning curve and may drop us back on production for 30 days, has truly exceeded those thoughts and has hurt our bottom line.

Amazing features and ease-of-use

Overall, I like it and do not regret going with ezyvet.

Good product but kind of expensive.

As we continue to grow moving forward, ezyVet seems to be able to grow with us and meet our needs. There is not perfect system out there but for us, it was a clear choice ezyVet could help meet our needs then and now. EzyVet seems to continually be improving and produces changes based on client suggestions and needs.

So glad I switched to EzyVet in 2018. They continue to improve.

Overall, ezyVet was a great decision for the practice. It makes sense both medically and financially for the practice. It has increased accuracy and efficiency on both the medical and financial side of things. We are very happy we decided to switch to ezyVet for our PIMS.

We are able to solve problems with missed lab results especially from external reference labs. We can also better monitor our stock inventory levels. Accounting is also quite convenient with supplier purchase orders and invoicing.

Having the ability to manage client communication, recordkeeping, referring veterinarian communication, invoicing and practice managment all in an easy to use program has been critical to the function of my practice. Adding staff at some point may be an additional help but using ezyVet gives me the piece of mind and ability to run my business while offering the work/life balance that I need maintain my practice.

Overall I like using easyvet.  Was a little tricky in the beginning getting to know the software.  Compared to other software I have used in the veterinary field it is one of the best.  Enjoy the connection of diagnostic requests and laboratories.

Ezyvet Review: EzyVet is best for Growing Vet Practices!

EzyVet is easy to love

Dana W.:                                               Hi, my name is Dana and I'm a practice manager in the veterinary medicine field. I give ezyVet a five out of five. We changed from Cornerstone to ezyVet because Cornerstone was a server-based software and we wanted something more robust, something that was easier to update, something that was in the 21st century versus something that was not updating as quickly as we were. We chose ezyVet for our new software due to it being cloud-based, due to other animal hospitals in the area using it and having great results with it. We enjoy it's all in one software, so we can text from it. Our reminders come through it. We're able to write emails from it. Our correspondence is all interlocked back into ezyVet. The software updates are usable and quick and easy. No more are there the days where your server's down for half a day doing updates. The updates are automatic, and that was our biggest feature that we really wanted from ezyVet.
                                                       Onboarding was very well thought out by ezyVet. That said, it was still a little more difficult than we originally thought. We had been with our previous software for 14 years though, so that might have had something to do with it. They send somebody out to help you get everything set up from the get-go. But even after that, there's still a lot of set up to do because there are a lot of working parts. It's nice because you can take them at your own speed and add them as you need to. My recommendation for anybody looking into ezyVet is to make sure that their whole team is on board with the change. It made our onboarding a lot easier, because our whole team was well aware of what was happening and what was going to happen. That made the transition much smoother. If you don't have your whole team on board, it will be a hard transition because it is very different from typical veterinary software.
