Flex has been a hassle to work with due to it's flash-based programming, but the growth towards HTML5 is exciting because the program is a super solid and incredibly powerful tool.

The current company i'm working for had no inventory system at all, this is a big step up for them and I'm confident that Flex can adapt to the company's needs as the company grows.

When we started with 1 location and 4 employees the system was awesome.  With the addition of more facilities and staff we have found some issues.  But overall the ability to enter a client, create a quote and process an order is great.

Solid Platform for Small to Medium size users

Since we have not moved forward with full implementation of the inventory bar coding, etc.  I don't believe we have derived any substantial benefits...other then alot of time wasted and delays getting customers quotes.

Not great. Software is buggy, support is largely "figure it out for yourself" or "wait" for Flex5

It is the best product that I know of for rental management. The limitations of it are justified by the affordable price.

We think you should not stop fixing bugs in the current version when the new version is largely vaporware. The new Flex 5 is being developed for Mobile and Tablet first...which is ridiculous.

Being able to log in from any computer makes things super efficient. Also the phone app is awesome for scanning in/out equipment with a rotating team of shop and show people.

Flex has been great, we have been taking steps into utilizing flex more and more. It has been for the most part mostly positive and things have been pulling together quite well for us.

Flex has many good features, live inventory, easy to maneuver. Customer support has always been great.

Sometimes I'll scroll down a quote, open up some sections, and many times it'll either freeze for a moment or crash and start over.

Getting started is the biggest negative as it's very expensive for a tiny company. Annot afford to pay for the extensive training.

There is no way of copying a pull sheet or manifest into a new quote. Entering labor seems to be cumbersome and looks confusing to clients.

I am really worried that browsers will stop supporting Flash before FLEX releases the new version. Also FLEX need APIs for labor management software to sync.

It really seems  badly designed on purpose. Maybe if you move from using a whiteboard based rental system this could seem revolutionary but it's just not.

Current RMS has a clean modern layout with easy to use interfaces and functions that allow me to track, rent, and sell equipment easily.

We are a satisfied user of Current RMS for almost a year. More and more functionality becomes available without extra cost.

It can be difficult to make it work to your own business rather than as per the original.

No you're going to spend hours on these quotes navigating around the site adding all three to the separate lists, then link them.

No option to choose who can see custom views - only ability to do this at User Role level, not individual User level. No way of customising the main Dashboard.
