Available in three editions - IntelliBid Standard, IntelliBid Plus, and IntelliBid Pro - the software provides a comprehensive solution for creating accurate and consistent estimates quickly and easily.
The software features the largest industry-smart database of electrical, low voltage, datacom, and solar material items, as well as and pre-built assembly kits from leading manufacturers. Users can access automatic price comparisons, save special pricing, and add custom items. The software also includes pre-installed industry standard labor units and the ability to create custom labor units. The digital takeoff capabilities allow for specification-driven takeoff with features like auto labor factoring, phase breakdown, and seamless integration with SureCount Takeoff Software.
The advanced editions, IntelliBid Plus and IntelliBid Pro, offer additional features to streamline the estimating process. These include smart substitution using NEC tables, advanced breakouts for unit pricing, count sheets for symbol counting, and the ability to create custom job-specific assemblies. The IntelliBid Pro edition also provides change order management, enhanced proposal templates, and bid and job analysis tools. An optional Electrical Formulas add-on expands the software's calculation capabilities, while the Conest Connect add-on generates custom reports and dashboards.
