Pros and cons

PetDesk has been very useful for scheduling appointments and refilling medications, and it has been wonderful for communicating with clients, especially texting.
All the functions are easy to use. My favorite option is the loyalty program and the customer service is outstanding.
I like the ease of use for this product and the awesome app for our clients to use. The team of representatives for this company are stellar.
However, some clients cancel their appointments on accident and we always have to call them to confirm their cancellation anyways.
I know you've implemented "valid number" next to client phone numbers but it's still confusing and takes more time to send clients messages.
The only thing that we don't like about PetDesk is the limited character count when communicating with clients.
