TapHunter is a cloud-based beverage program management and marketing solution designed to meet the needs of bar owners and managers. The software offers a range of features for managing inventory, digital and print menus, and social media, including a centralized dashboard for menu creation and publishing, website and digital signage integration, reputation management and review monitoring, inventory tracking, and more.
TapHunter’s print and digital menu management tools let users showcase their menus across their business’ website, digital displays, and physically within their bar or restaurant. Menus are fully customizable, and users can choose from a diverse range of built-in templates and fully control the layout and colors to match their branding. The built-in database of more than 300,000 beers, wines, and spirits allows users to select the drinks they offer, and automatically fills in the details.
Social media and business reputation can be managed with TapHunter, with content suggestions, post reminders, and analytics to assist users with their social media marketing strategy, and monitoring of reviews across Google, Facebook, and Yelp. The social inbox allows users to respond to all of their reviews and social posts from a single location. Inventory management tools enable the creation of order lists for different suppliers and recommend next orders through par levels. Pricing suggestions for all pour sizes are generated based on package costs and markups, removing the need for users to manually calculate prices. TapHunter also integrates with a range of point of sale (POS) systems including Square and Clover to automatically configure POS items leveraging the TapHunter beverage database.
