I love all the features: segments (allowing us to target a subset), group account (allows multiple staff to monitor the replies for an event, i.e. orientation), smart messages. If I had to pick 1 or 2 items, it would be: Support - the friendliness and responsiveness of everyone in the organization and also the fact that the team continues to work on ways to improve the software - adding new features that make our jobs more efficient.
