ClarityTel is a voice over internet protocol (VoIP) solution designed to help businesses of all sizes manage communication with external as well as internal stakeholders via online phone, virtual fax, SIP trunking, and more. The solution comes with a voicemail functionality, which enables enterprises to receive email notifications about incoming voice and fax messages with PDF file attachments.

ClarityTel includes a centralized dashboard, which allows administrators to view and maintain multiple call connections, active services, call settings, attendants, and more. The solution offers a host of features, such as call waiting and recording, custom on-hold music, call logs, night mode, group paging, softphone, local number portability (LNP), and more. The built-in call transferring system lets organizations redirect calls to external phone numbers or extensions within the organization.

The ClarityTel Business VoIP Solutions platform includes customizable branch logic functionality, which assists enterprises with creating several sub-menus and call flows under the main directory. Plus, the call manager allows users to simultaneously handle multiple calls across departments.
