EisenVault is a document management and storage solution that can be deployed on-premise or within the Microsoft Azure cloud. The platform allows users to securely store, encrypt, and edit documents, as well as organize folders and department workspaces to facilitate collaboration. EisenVault also offers native mobile apps for both Android and iOS, enabling users to access documents on-the-go.
EisenVault offers enterprise-grade SSL encryption to ensure that documents are stored securely, and files are automatically backed-up periodically to avoid any data loss. Key features of the EisenVault platform include digital document storage, online editing, metadata management, indexing, audit trails, OCR (optical character recognition), and more. The OCR functionality is able to process documents in multiple languages including English, Hindi, Nepalese, and more, and can identify characters and words within scanned documents.
