It lets sales representatives streamline customer communications via predictive dialing, click-to-call, call recording, call distribution, and more from a unified platform.

Exelysis Contact Center enables staff members to route calls, manage sales campaigns, access voice recordings, view contact information, transfer calls, and more. Sales teams can automate outbound campaigns by previewing customers’ calling cases and communicating with customers for large-scale campaigns via the broadcast dialing functionality. Also, supervisors can track agent productivity, build intuitive IVR systems, and monitor campaign performance to optimize overall customer relations.

Exelysis Contact Center helps team members handle inbound or outbound calls, add calls to queue, access encrypted recordings, and track call statistics in real-time. The platform also provides an API, which allows businesses to integrate the platform with several third-party ERP and CRM solutions.
