Five9 is an excellent leader in the CCaaS industry as regarded as one of the most complete solution providers. My clients like the scalability and ability to add agents immediately as needed.

It's horrible to implement, the support is awful, it also uses mechanics that are impossible to understand with minimal documentation.

Taking the calls and routing them are very reliable. The software flows really nice and the customer service is awesome if you come across any issues.

Five9's robust integration with ZenDesk is one of the primary reasons we've brought them on as a voice solution. It's been reliable as far as the integrity of our calls.

But, if I did have to say one negative thing it would be that sometimes my headset disconnects. Maybe its a computer problem vs the software.

It has been over the top positive and consistent with feedback from my peers.

We've been using Five9 as a potential replacement for NICE for over a year now, and I'm sold. The look and feel are intuitive and elegant.

Overall Recommendation- Very useful application, good value for money.

Our company is losing their mind with this software and already on the hunt for new call center software to replace.

Quick deployment, reliable product and allowed us to significantly reduce headcount and improve operational efficiency.

Cost effective - easy to use - helps with contact rate.

I think it’s a solid program that can be configured exactly as you might want or need it which makes it very valuable.

It takes too long to start and some features are confusing.

Full of very useful features that are required to run a call center. Very intuitive and easy to set up and get the center up and running.

This product is user friendly and very easy to setup and use.

I've been part of a lot of call-centers. I've used i360 and a few other dialing systems, but Five9 definitely integrates with your computer needs at the same time better than others.

We implemented this software as a way for our Senior directors and C-level to communicate with those reporting under them (not just direct reports).  The few lines of feedback provided helped employees at all levels feel connected to management, especially as these were personalized responses.

We use Five9 in our HVAC & Plumbing Industry

The largest benefit was the ability to control our own phone system instead of using a out of the box solution from another vendor. We are able to quickly set up campaigns and get to work.

Overall I really love using Five9, it's effective for the most part and navigation is pretty easy once you get used to the system, sometimes  has it's glitches from time to time with login issues but would still recommend the software to anyone curious of purchasing.

Overall, when working from home, Five9 allow for me to keep in contact with team leaders and clients. I was able to use the platform to connect client from all across the country to necessary tax services.

Experienced plenty of times were the software was down and was not able to make any calls.

Overall, we are very pleased with the application.  Considering the fact that we are dealing with a hosted solution that can integrate with all of our technologies very easily, we feel we made an excellent decision to partner with Five9.  The support from Akber Abbas, our main contact, has been fantastic!  He not only knew Five9's capabilities, he took the time to learn our processes, our goals, and guided us on how to use Five9 to it's fullest.  Now it's up to us to follow utilize their system!


State of the art hosted dialer solution!

From start to finish, it was a great product to use for our contact center. From auto dilaer to seeing our customers information when they call in, it has so many features that you can get lost in it.

You have to install a "softphone" to run the software.  Spoiler - it's not compatible with the latest version of MacOS, or the one prior to that.  After getting three new laptops from my company on the support team's instructions, missing two months of quota because I wasn't getting leads while their engineering team "looked at it", I still consistently drop calls.  Each time this happens I'm forced to restart my entire computer and start over again, and this happens about 5-10 times every day.  Any time I saved by having five9 auto-dial is completely wasted.    Support team will just tell you anything to make you go away, or I have to sit there for hours on a zoom call while they download logs from my laptop. 

Poor support, no ownership over their product, daily crashes.

Five9 helps us produce extremely powerful reports, keeping us productive and involved.
