Forms InMotion is a mobile form management platform for enterprise that centralizes all PDF and HTML forms in a single place, making them accessible at any time, from any device. The solution is ideal for human resources, government, IT departments, or any other market that depends on various forms for data.
Forms InMotion enables users to attach files from a desktop computer, phone or tablet, whether it’s a receipt for reimbursement, or a scanned copy of a driver’s license, and stores the files along with the form submission. Users can snap a picture using the camera on their phone or tablet to capture, scan and submit attachments, as well as complete electronic signatures and make annotations by text, touch or stylus while on the go.
The form-to-form autofill feature allows users to complete fields only once, automatically mapping the data across all similar fields in the form package. Users are able to share information across departments, and create form packages by bundling related forms together and assigning them to specific users. Forms InMotion provides access to data in real-time to help increase visibility into processes, and allows all data to be pushed to various integrated line-of-business systems.
