Mavim overview

What is Mavim?

Mavim is a Microsoft-based process analysis and intelligence platform which enables enterprises to plan and execute strategic change by integrating 6 business and IT management disciplines in a single platform, including IT portfolio, strategic portfolio and application implementation management, plus business process, enterprise architecture and governance, risk and compliance management. As a cloud-based solution, Mavim gives users the flexibility to visualize, align and prioritize innovation initiatives anytime, anywhere, via any internet-enabled device.

Mavim is designed to help global organizations change or reinvent their operating models, and become digital and agile businesses, capable of adapting to fast-changing environments. Customers use Mavim for a range of improvement initiatives, including quality management, operational excellence, business process management, lean six sigma, and more. Built on Microsoft Stack, Mavim operates in the same way as the Microsoft product suite, helping facilitate simple end-user adoption. Industry standard best practice frameworks help users start their digital transformation quickly and easily.

Mavim facilitates effective collaboration with SharePoint, Office 365 and Yammer integration. Users can manage all communication from a central platform, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders. A central Visio repository, multi-chart support, and reports and dashboards help users manage business processes, while ArchiMate and metadata technology help users manage their IT portfolios. Mavim allows users to publish all application data, reports, instructions or updates conveniently through a web portal or via SharePoint/Office 365. Other Mavim features include cross-domain analysis and decision making, fit-gap analysis, plus audit and compliance.
