Their customer service can't be reached by phone and they have me the runaround for five days via email

They charged me $99.99 despite cancelling the free trial immediately after using it.

Being relatively inexpensive makes this a great platform too for those random dealings where the only options are fax and mail, and it's simply easier to drag the information from your computer files to the site, then go print and mail the package.

Business productivity. Before you had to type the FAX, print it, take to the Fax machine hoping that's available and the try to send Fax, and sometimes the machine or the phone line didn't work.

It is very limited once there is a technical or billing issue as you intentionally do not want any contact with customer support and if your system is frozen you cannot submit it anyway.
