We transitioned from Dialpad to Nextiva primarily due to Nextiva's superior user interface. Additionally, Nextiva's analytics feature automatically records calls, whereas Dialpad only permitted call recording for phone numbers associated with specific departments. Another advantage of Nextiva is its robust notification section, which serves as an ideal archiving feature, unlike Dialpad which lacked this capability. Our experiences with both the sales and implementation teams at Nextiva have been consistently delightful.
We would love to see an email integration and being able to call from different numbers

Incredibly fast onboarding and support - basically set up the whole system for me in a pinch. Works great and calls do not get marked spam (unlike Dialpad).

Was better than Intulse, the previous provider i was with, but still glitchy and more overpriced than the better software, Dialpad, which i'm happily using currently
automatic all recording, fax included in subscription
3 way calls always finicky and drop. Support takes forever on hold to speak with someone.

Mostly, I like that it works. I don’t get complaints from my people like I did with our previous Dialpad system. Free high-quality desk phones was a juice bonus. Not a difficult system to learn or use as a user.
No voicemail transcription! Difficult to change call trees by yourself (but customer service does it happily and quickly for you). My personal white whale - the iOS app does not work (refuses to sign in) on my iPhone or iPad because it doesn’t like my wifi router (or some such BS).

We looked at Zoom, DialPad, RingCentral, and Nextiva. Nextiva had the best service, usability, and technical support. Zoom texting doesn't work for t mobile customers so Nextiva was our obvious next step. Cost is our #1 deciding factor when choosing a service so it's incredible that Nextiva met that along with giving us great support and usability.
Best thing is price. Then quality of service. Then usability/interface (we have 70+ people in all ranges of technology familiarity). Then the fact that Nextiva's support system is FAST and considerably knowledgable. They helped with porting, setting things up, and day-to-day use.
NA - I worked with Nextiva from sales to set-up to daily use and can't find an issue so far.

8/10 overall, some issues with connections and common bugs on both desktop & android app. BUT!! I have tried Dialpad main alternatives RingCentral, Nextiva, GrassHopper and several other; Dialpad it's a must have if you don't want to use your every day mobile phone, if you are looking for privacy and a good resting, this is a must have; none other company offers SMS via VoIP, they said they do, but none have solve my problem. I have paid thousands of dollars just to come again to Dialpad.
Free SMS, all systems compatibility, most call center won't notice you are calling from a VoIP, if you live outside the US & Canada, there's no better software to handle your business.
It takes some time to connect, you may need to try several attempts to connect a call or even restart the app.
